The double room was spacious and well-kept. Service was consistently friendly. The room could benefit from a refresh, as it felt slightly dated. Breakfast options were limited, disappointing. Despite this, the central location allowed easy access to local dining and attractions.

A prime location in the centre of historic Westerham, close to Chartwell, Quebec House, Knole and other wonderful NT properties, all attractive to visitors from the UK and overseas.
The decor is very tired, but one would expect that Greene King would treat the inn as one of its premier hostelries. Instead, the residential area is in need of refurbishment and redecoration - perhaps ahead of the 2023 tourist season?

It was okay for one night, big room, bed was fine. Beautiful old house, well and centrally located, free parking behind the house. Restaurant directly in the house.
A little sensitive to the street, Wifi signal did not reach up to the room, the staff seemed a bit hectic and stressed, breakfast was included in the price, but not very fresh.

Lovely location and very friendly, pleasant staff.
Would stay again but it was only an overnight stay so not long to access properly. Breakfast excellent.
Could do with a extra blanket in case of cold but luckily room was efficiently heated.

Very friendly and welcoming, no lift, but was asked if I wanted someone to carry my bag upstairs. When found out I had travelled over 400 miles that day, was pointed out there was room service, nice touch. Room was a single, but did have a double bed, all very clean. No problems with TV, internet access, or any bathroom facilities. Breakfast was lovely, all freshly cooked. Overheard the table next to me asking for other things as were vegetarians, was cooked without quibble. Will certainly stay there again
Only small point that no information pack in rooms regarding local facilities, restaurant times etc. Brought this up with owner who was on reception while i was checking out who apologised and explained they had only been running the place for 7 days, and they were still being prepared and printed - perfectly valid point
